PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Roxbury Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Section 274 of the Town Law on the application of:
CORRINE MAY, Tax Map #Section 179. Block 1, Lot 1.7 located at 1631 County Highway 41, Roxbury, NY 12474. Application for Minor Subdivision
SAID HEARING will be held on Wednesday July 15, 2026 at 7:30 pm at the Roxbury Town Hall, 56 Hillcrest Drive, Roxbury, NY at which time all interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard. This Public Hearing is held open from June 17, 2026. The Subdivision Application is on file at the Roxbury Town Clerk’s Office for public review prior to the Public Hearing.
