TOWN OF ROXBURY
PLANNING BOARD 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Roxbury Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Section 274 of the Town Law on the application of:

ANTOINETTE ETTS, Tax Map #Section 157. Block 1, Lot 28.1 located at 161 North Montgomery Hollow, Roxbury, NY 12474. Application for Minor Subdivision.

SAID HEARING will be held on Wednesday October 21, 2026 at 7:30 pm at the Roxbury Town Hall, 56 Hillcrest Drive, Roxbury, NY at which time all interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard. The Subdivision Application is on file at the Roxbury Town Clerk’s Office for public review prior to the Public Hearing.
