Notice is hereby given that the Town Board, Town of Roxbury, Delaware County, New York, for the year 2020 will meet the second Monday of each month for their Regular Monthly Meeting, except for January when they shall meet on January 2, 2020 and except for November when they shall meet on November 5, 2020. All meetings will begin at 7:00 pm and will be held
at the Town Hall, 53690 State Hwy 30, Roxbury, NY except for April and August when they will meet at the Grand Gorge Civic Center, 60933 State Hwy. 30, Grand Gorge, NY.

A meeting of the Roxbury Historic Preservation Commission was held October 18, 2019 at 10:08 at the Roxbury Town Hall. Present Commission members Doug McLaurine, Margaret Ellsworth, and Lewis Wendell. Also, present Carolynn Faraci-Clerk. Absent Michael Mathis-Chairman and Christine O’Shaughnessy-Commission Member
On motion of Doug McLaurine second by Lewis Wendell minutes from August 16, 2019 were approved
AYES-3 Ellsworth, McLaurine, Wendell
NAYES-0
On motion of Margaret Ellsworth second by Doug McLaurine application submitted by Marianne Schor property located at 53764 State Hwy 30, Roxbury, NY 12474. After discussion it was deemed that the application did not fall under the Roxbury Historic Preservation Commission Local Law. Therefore, a no action form will be sent.

On motion of Doug McLaurine second by Lewis Wendell application submitted by Thomas Hynes property located at 53598 State Hwy 30, Roxbury, NY 12474. After discussion it was deemed that the application did not fall under the Roxbury Historic Preservation Commission Local Law. Therefore, a no action form will be sent.

Lewis Wendell stated that the next eight Historic signs are in fabrication. The signs are Roxbury Cemetery, Kirkside Park, Kirkside of Roxbury Inc., Roxbury Central School, WIOX, Shepard Hills Golf Course, Public Parking lot, and Methodist Church. Lewis will be receiving red flags to place where the signs will be going. Once locations are confirmed he will call Dig Safe to make sure there are no utilities.
On motion by Margaret Ellsworth second by Lewis Wendell meeting adjourned at 10:26.
